I don’t mean to say “can’t understand,” which sounds arrogant, rather I mean “don’t understand” in the ordinary course of things. Which is precisely why we have a professional workforce. A workforce that is unfortunately, these days, always at odds with finance capital seeking to make cuts and book short-term savings.
