I'm surprised there aren't any positive comments so far., only four by 'Boffy'. Somebody needs to reiterate that all Paul Mason is talking about, here, is re-learning (for example) the lessons of the New Deal and America's response to World War II. Lessons buried by neoliberalism from the mid-1970s onward, for reasons that include the ones spelled out in 1943 by Michal Kalecki which, while significant, are not unsurmountable and really depend on an absence of effective and principled Labour opposition: https://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2012/08/kalecki-on-the-political-obstacles-to-achieving-full-employment.html
