Somebody once coined the word ‘Ukania’ to describe Britain’s anachronistic pre-1914 constitution, a play on ‘Kakania’, as the Imperial and Royal monarchy (Kaiser of Austria, King of Hungary) was known (Kaiser und Koenig = KK). So I think the parallel’s not new!
